Oh, and…
For all you cider fans. We have acquired 3 of the 8 kegs in the U.S. of the Dupont Cider Bouche Fermier. This is unfiltered, unpasturized cider from a small family owned/operated orchard since 1837….in Normandy, France. This is extreamly rare and boasts tremendous fresh apple flavor. Tasting notes mention-
apple, citurs, pine, lime, butter, leather, wood, and others. Really interesting stuff, and we have it on tap for a limited time!
I think something went wrong with the open fermentation of the Belgian Wit. It had something funky in the taste. The 1800 on the other hand was phenominal.
