Tonight Senor Wong Restaurant in St. Paul plays host to a Flight with Bites event tonight starting at 6pm. You’ll be able to sample four seasonal beers including Indeed Old Friends, Boom Island Yule, Bell’s Christmas Ale and St. Bernardus Christmas ale.

Small bites include Espresso rubbed lamb loin w/ mole, Pho soup dumpling w/ braised oxtail, onion, herbs, Crispy pickled red onion rings w/ adobo sauce and queso cotija and Impossible cake: cherry flan, chocolate cake, mexican chocolate pudding, dulce de leche powder, nuts.

Minnesota Beer Activists‘ Andrew Schmitt hosts the event and Boom Island’s Kevin Welch will be on hand to talk shop (and beer!)
