Seems like an odd way to go about accepting credit cards. PayPal fees aren’t much better then you will get from Priority Payment systems or similar.
I understand that the fees are similar (a little better with PP), but I don’t have to buy a special machine just to run cards & it doesn’t tie up a phone line when I’m batching plus it opens up the option for customers to be able to purchase online and pick up later. Buying online is not an option from us yet, but hopefully by the end of the year.
Which do you prefer, PP or checks? I love the idea of paying with PP, but can do checks if that’s better for you. Any difference?
Online ordering would be cool, should do delivery too! Think you will have a problem w/ lines at the computer station for paypal? It does take a bit to login and pay.
Cash is the preferred currency of the realm, but we like checks too. We set up the PP account because we some people asking for it. Delivery, hmmmm……
