Join Boom Island Brewing Company for the anticipated release of the newest beer in the Spontaneous Series, Triple Brett! Fermented with 3 different strains of brettanomyces yeast and aged in French oak red wine barrels, Triple Brett is an American Wild Ale inspired by Belgian brewing tradition. Displaying a rich mahogany-to-chestnut color, the magic of Triple Brett comes from its brett-derived aromatics which lean towards fruit (pear, pineapple) and floral notes. Its texture is complex with fruity maltiness but ultimately ends in a dry finish.

The Triple Brett release party will fittingly take place during Minnesota Beer Week on Friday, May 13 at 6pm at the Boom Island Brewing taproom. Bottles of Triple Brett will be available for purchase during the release. Louisiana Purchase will be at the brewery providing food and live music will begin at 7pm.
