The biggest outdoor winter party in Minnesota is back for a 7th year. The Beer Dabbler, in partnership with The Saint Paul Winter Carnival will host The Beer Dabbler Winter Carnival on Saturday, February 6 at the Minnesota State Fairgrounds.
