Brau Brothers Beer Dinner – December 19@6pm
Tonight’s participation class will introduce you to some of the fantastic beers of Brau Bros, along with learning how to make four dishes that pair perfectly alongside them. You’ll start off with CANDIED LEMON AND GRILLED PRAWN COCKTAIL, ANCHO CHILI AND CUCUMBER SALSA. Then you will make CHARRED SWEET CORN AND SMOKED PORK TAMALE, AVOCADO CREMA, AND LIME. For our feature course you’ll enjoy GARLIC AND CHILI RUBBED FLAT IRON STEAK, BLISTERED TOMATOES, SMOKY ONIONS AND SHOESTRING TORTILLA STRIPS. We will finish off the evening with GRILLED PINEAPPLE, SUGAR CANE LIME GLAZE, SOUR CREAM MOUSSE, AND FIRED BASIL
