Big Axe presents its first ever Beer Dinner. There will be four courses, each paired and cooked with our beer. Tickets will be available soon and must be pre-purchased.
1st Course – Scallops with a Lemon-IPA sauce
2nd Course – Soup & Spinach-Olive Salad with Beer-Infused Dressings
3rd Course – Smothered Prime Rib, Wild Rice Mashed Potatoes, and Bacon-Wrapped Asparagus with a Beernaise Sauce.
4th Course – IPA Cheesecake with a Stout-Chocolate Sauce
