Unibroue at the Ale Jail

Mark Proell from the Unibroue Brewery will be at Ale Jail sampling their huge line of excellent beers for this week’s Tuesday Tasting.

Trois Postoles, Don De Dieu, Chambly Noire, La Fin Du Monde, Maudite, Ephemere, Blanch De Chambly and Terrible will be open for tasting! Plus, Mark will be brining a very special case of beer not available in this market to sample and purchase.

Zipp’s Beer Tasting Extravaganza

Yeah yeah, ABR is this weekend, but it’s time to start thinking about the next beer fest already!

Zipp’s Liquors presents it’s annual Beer Tasting Extravaganza Nov. 9 at the Cedar Cultural Center. Expect a night of beer, tasty snacks from Seward Coop and some great auction items, with all proceeds benefiting the Cedar Cultural Center. Tickets are $20 and available online or in the store at Zipp’s.

In honor of Brandon (the beer guy at Pairings) moving to France, this Wednesday (9/29) Pairings in Minnetonka will be tapping one of only two kegs of Central Waters Bourbon Barrel Barleywine at 6 PM along with Jolly Pumpkin Luciernaga, Flying Dog Coffee Stout, and Sierra Nevada 30th Anniversary Barleywine. Additionally, for $5 they will be sampling over 50 beers along with free pizza and 15% off your beer purchases.
