1st Course – Celebrator Doppelbock with German Bread.
2nd Course – Brau Weiss served with House-made Sausage and Sauerkraut.
3rd Course – Ur Weiss served with Pepper Noodle Soup.
4th Course – Sam Smiths Organic Strawberry Ale served with Strawberry Spinach Salad.
5th Course – Ayinger Dunkel served with Schweineschnitzel, Spaetzle and Red Cabbage.
6th Course – Lindeman’s Lambic Framboise with German Strawberry Shortcake.
Are there going to be any more Ayinger Beer tastings in the metro area in the near future. I just returned from visiting the Ayinger brewery in Aying Germany just a week ago, Is anyone goiing to have Ayinger on tap in the Metro area?
