Fun times, eh? Whether you’re staying in and working on slowly cleaning out your beer reserves or venturing out for a crowler to go, please be sure to check brewery/brewpub/bar social media accounts before going out. There have been a lot of changes with schedules, growler/crowler sales, and whatnot.

If you’re staying in – we respect your judgement. If you’re headed out, please wash your hands, practice social distancing, and follow CDC suggestions. And if you can, please support our local breweries, brewpubs, and bars by buying growlers, crowlers, merch and gift cards as available.

ONE Fermentery Grand Opening Saturday

Days after I fully revamped the Minnesota Brewery list, the announcement came that ONE Fermentery and Taproom would be celebrating their Grand Opening this Saturday, November 16th from noon-10pm at their new brewpub in the North Loop located at 618 North 5th Street in Minneapolis. Expect a variety of house-brewed beers as well as a curated cocktail, wine, and guest-beer menu.

ONE Fermentery and Taproom is a project borne of a couple of recognizable faces in the Minnesota beer scene, Ramsay Louder (Dangerous Man, New Holland Brewing) and Joe Alton (The Growler) as well as partner Sally Schmidt. No doubt Dangerous Man fans will be excited to see what Lauder and Alton have up their sleeves! If you didn’t find your way into their soft opening Monday evening, be sure to check them out this weekend or sometime soon!

Jibe Talking Release/Disco Party

As the kids say, “their ain’t no party like a Lift Bridge party…” Perhaps I just made that up, but our friends at Lift Bridge are indeed celebrating the release of a new beer this Saturday, an Apricot Sour, Jibe Talking. At 4.5% abv and only 13 IBUs, this may just be your summer sipper.
If disco is your thing, dust off your old sharktooth suit, pregame with Gloria Gainer on the turntable at home and head to Lift Bridge for a Travolta-esque good time from 5-10pm.
Entertainment courtesy of DJ Stacey & Dwight Chocolate begins at 6pm. Dress in your very best disco gear for a chance to win some Lift Bridge prizes. Grab a bite via River Dogs Food Truck and GET DOWN!

Badger Hill / Hop & Barrel Collab Release Today

Join us Tuesday, May 21st!

Badger Hill and Hudson’s Hop & Barrel Brewing have collaborated on a new beer and it drops today at Badger Hill in Shakopee. Flip It & Reverse It is  American Wheat brewed with Chinook, Citra and Wakatu hops. Expect a refreshing beer with notes of lemon and orange.

Release details: 3pm, Tuesday, May 21st at Badger Hill in Shakopee.
