Rock Bottom Tapping

Wheat beers live on in the fall and Rock Bottom will be debuting their Belgian Style Wheat, Fantôme Wheat, Thursday. Described as being, “brewed with 60% White Wheat and a hint of lemongrass then fermented with a classic belgian yeast for hints of fruit and spice”, a pint of it can be yours for FREE if you stop in between 6:00 and 6:30.

Mummy Train Growler Release

Fall means pumpkins and pumpkins means pumpkin beers. Starting Monday, you’ll be able to take home your own growler of pumpkin goodness – Flat Earth Mummy Train. Stop by over your lunch hour or on your way home.

Growler sale hours: M-F Noon-6:30 pm, Sat Noon-3:00 pm.

Aged Brau Bros Rainwater @Ngon

It’s getting cold again and I’m making some comfort food and pairing it with beers this weekend.

We are tapping our Brau Brothers Rainwater, an oak-aged imperial stout that we’ve been aging since last year.

Features this weekend:

Curry butternut squash soup

Banana leaf steamed Arctic Char, sweet potatoes, shallots & garden carrots with a lime curry broth (pairs well with Lift Bridge Farmgirl)

Thit Kho: Vietnamese braised pork using Fischer Farms pork shank and boiled free range eggs. Served with fingerling potatoes, onions & mustard greens over rice. (pairs well with the Brau Brothers Rainwater)

Cheers, Hai
