Wild Acres Duck Sausage Sliders Smoked Slaw, Brioche Grilled Cheese with Wisconsin white cheddar and fig jam, Bison Meatball with Surly Smoke BBQ sauce. These will just be a trio of the sliders on a platter.

Mark your calendars for next Tuesday night as it’s going to be a big one at Town Hall.

The time has come for holiday cheer once again! Tuesday 12/20 marks the day of the annual holiday fire. Here are the stats-

*Fire sparks at 5pm and will last till 7pm

*Tony will mix up his special batch of Mulled Ale (ready 5pm)

*NEW THIS YEAR! Pete will mix up a batch of his secret recipe Glogg! This is mulled wine that is very traditional in Nordic countries (also ready @ 5pm)

***Mulled Ale and Glogg are complimentary – just a token of our appreciation for your continued patronage….and we may have some Rum available for those that wish to make these “adult drinks”

Tuesday 12/20 also marks a TRIPLE BEER RELEASE– (and they will all feature intro pricing from 5-6pm)

– Grinch’s Grog – (5.4%abv) Yep, your favorite Simcoe heavy American Pale Ale.

– Elves Elixir 2011 -(8.6%abv) Trappist IPA feauring Belgian yeast and malt and American hops. Elves Elixir this year highlights the brewing talents of Brewer Adam…this is his baby (and it is good!) This recipe does change yearly.

-Festivus 2011- (5.8%abv) Winter Black Lager made brewed with red tart cherries….yeah, lots of cherries, over 300lbs! This recipe does change yearly.

Get your Holiday Growler pack and save $3! (simply buy a growler of each holiday beer a save $1 on each one). Beers/Growlers will be ready by 5pm.

Anniversary IPA at Rock Bottom

Rock Bottom celebrates its 18th year with their Anniversary IPA. Expect lots of pine and grapefruit character in this big, hoppy beer.
In addition the beer, they’ll be holding a Growl for Growler contest. Whoever can growl the best will be going home with a free filled growler.
