Here’s a seasonal idea that doesn’t suck: Put four big beers from Bell’s on tap at once.

Well Al doesn’t suck, so it’s no surprise that it’s happening at the Blue Nile:

Four seasonal brews from Bell’s on tap together, Wednesday at 6pm, one day only. Sparkling Ale, inspired by Belgian tripels and golden ales. Hell Hath No Fury, Bell’s’ take on the abbey dubbel. Expedition Stout, their venerable, mighty Russian Imperial, and Java Stout, the black ale that’s chock full o’ coffee flavor. All available singly (12 oz. pours for $7) or as sample sets. 4 4ounce pours for $9.

December Ale Jail Tastings

Tuesdays are the new Fridays over at the Ale Jail, as Mark and the gang continue their weekly tastings in December, welcoming brewery staff to the store to pour their wares. All events begin at 5pm and run for a couple hours or until the beer runs out.
