Acadia Cafe will be doing our Beer and the Beast monthly event next Tuesday, October 13th, at 7 pm. Ted will be using his smoker to cook up a quarter of a pig loacally raised by the folks at Nitty Gritty Dirt Farm. And they’ll be pairing it with a firkin of Summit Oatmeal Stout dry hopped with Amarillo. $4/Pint or $10/beer & beast.
Where was the pig? The turkey legs were good but false advertising. Even so– one of the best values in the twin cities. Thanks acadia!
