This sounds interesting. Celts Pub in Inver Grove Heights starts their Firkin Tour on Friday, January 14th. They will be tapping a firkin of Bell’s Best Brown around 3pm.
$4 Pints of Bells Best Brown from tapping until the last drop of the firkin is consumed!
2nd Stop? Friday, February 4th, 3pm at the Celts Pub Rosemount location. That night they’ll be featuring a firkin of Rush River Lyndale Brown, infused with pomegranate and green tea! $5.50 pints.
3rd Stop? Saturday, February 26th, 3pm. A firkin of Flying Dog Doggie Style IPA at their Rosemount on Saturday February 26th.
If you’re at the IGH location, make sure to order a Heggie’s pizza to go with your beer. Not sure if the other locations have them or not.
Not a fan of Heggies Pizza. Pretty much the same as Jacks or any other cheap pizza but with a higher price. They seem to serve it at a lot of dives. Skyway Show Lounge carried it (might again when they reopen, who knows).
Sorry – Celts no longer serves Heggies Pizzas. We curretnly offer Shamrock Pizzas which we (Celts Pub) makes ourself. They are awesome. We sell more Shamrock Pizzas then we did Heggies! Kris – give them a try next time you stop in! 😉
The Shamrock Pizzas are way better than a Heggies! The Cajun Chicken I had was great! 🙂
