Cherokee Tavern in West St. Paul will be hosting a Bell’s Beer dinner October 14th. For $40/person get a four course dinner prepared by Chef Francesca Stirpe, paired with beers from Bell’s Brewing.

Studded with roasted garlic, fresh rosemary and coated with coarse-grained French mustard, served with balsamic-beer brussels sprouts and a beer infused meat-jus cream sauce.Third Course:
Quinanan Falls paired with Salad of Winter Greens
Apples and Pecans; doused with a vinaigrette of roasted pear, beer and sherry vinegar.Fourth Course:
Double Cream Stout paired with Molten Chocolate Lava Cake
