Another great reason to live in Minnesota yet slightly discouraging for homebrewers like me who have aspirations of becoming a commercial brewery someday.
I just saw an article in today’s Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal listing the top five breweries in Minnesota by the number of barrels produced in 2009. The top five are:
1. August Schell
2. Cold Spring
3. Summit
4. Surley
5. Granite City
