FESTA AND SURLY PAIR BEER AND ITALIAN CUISINE FOR 2015 FESTIVAL

SAINT PAUL – Festa Italiana Minnesota will now serve Surly Brewing beer at our 2015 festival on Harriet Island.

As patrons travel through a gastro tour of the regions of Italy through food at Festa, they’ll also learn about which Surly beer will pair best with different Italian dishes, including Surly’s “wine drinker’s beer.”

“Minnesota has a strong craft beer community and Surly is a leader in that movement,” Festa Executive Director Eddie Bova said. “Paired with a strong history of Italian culture and restaurants, it was a no-brainer for us to put them together at Festa 2015.”

Festa Italiana Minnesota 2015 runs July17-18 at Harriet Island.

more people get Surly, and have a lot of fun while doing so,” Surly’s Chief
Marketing Officer Clint Roberts said. “We look forward to being a part of an
