Jim Watkins, an owner and founder of Sociable Cider Werks (the first hard cider brewery in Minneapolis), walks you through the process of making hard cider with juice from Cider Werks. Learn how to use a cider press and the history of apple cider. Take home a one gallon carboy full of cider wort. Bring your favorite commercial hard cider to share for a sampling after your wort is prepared.
