The winner’s of our Community Sourced Beer competition will be debuting their custom made firkin called Jule Cat. Homebrewers Matt and Lauren will be here along with our headbrewer Derek to talk and taste the custom brew which they say is, “Vaguely based on a Baltic Porter design (though drier than some). Into this we added bourbon soaked oak, vanilla bean, toasted coconut and dark belgian candy sugar.”
