			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>For those of you who are not regular readers of the Star Tribune, here is a <a href="http://www.startribune.com/business/91066129.html?elr=KArksUUUycaEacyU">link to a story on how craft beer sales are holding up </a>in this <span style="text-decoration: line-through;">shi</span> er, poor economy.  What I didn&#8217;t read in the story was a heartfelt thank you from anyone interviewed in the story for all the hard work that you and I do in drinking mass amounts of craft beer, all for the purpose of supporting an economic recovery.  Ingrates!</p>

<p>As an extra incentive to try it out, founder Andrew Kaiser is <strong>offering up his two coveted <a href="http://www.mncraftbrew.org/winterfest">Winterfest</a> tickets.  </strong></p>
<p>Here are the details for how to get your chance at Andrew&#8217;s tickets to this sold out event:<br />
   &#8211; Eligible to US residents 21 years of age and older.<br />
   &#8211; For each 10 <a href="http://www.hopchart.com/points.php">points earned </a>through HopChart you will receive *1* entry into a drawing for *2* tickets to Winterfest Friday, Feb 5 2010 7:00pm.<br />
   &#8211; Points earned between December 15, 2009 through January 20, 2010 will count toward the drawing.<br />
   &#8211; A Drawing will take place January 21, 2010 time and location TBD (check back here often) to select the winner.</p>
