This week’s Thursday tasting at Heritage in Maplewood (that’d be tonight from 5-7pm), Minnesota Stone rep Nate will be at the store pouring samples of Stone beers (such as their bomber of the week, Old Guardian) and as a special treat, you’ll be able to try Lukcy Basartd, a dry-hopped blend of all the Bastards (Arrogant Bastard, Double Bastard and Oaked Arrogant Bastard) that is being distributed to Minnesota for the first time!
Visit The Four Firkins in St. Louis Park from 6-8, Thursday, November 15th as they host Fuller’s rep. Joe, to taste the “Pride” of London. The Firkins will be featuring two new offerings to the MN market, their Bengal Lancer India Pale Ale and their 1845 Strong Ale. Come for a taste of good old Britain!
Brent Krekleberg from Badger Hill Brewing will be at Heritage in Maplewood today from 5-7pm for Heritage’s Thursday Tasting. They’ll be sampling Badger Hill’s first 2 beers, Minnesota Special Bitter, made in the tradition of English Special Bitters, and Three Tree Rye, a Roggenbier/Pale Ale hybrid fermented with a hybrid German yeast.
The snow is flying just in time for this one – today Heritage in Maplewood will be sampling the just released 2012 Sierra Nevada Celebration ale as well asNarwhal, a hoppy Imperial Stout that just won a silver at Great American Beer Fest. 5-7pm.
