Bars. We like bars. Dive bars, beer bars, rock bars, bowling alley bars… Despite this fact, this page is devoted to some of the great places to catch a good craft beer in Minnesota. We’ve intentionally left out a bars where the creativity in selection caps off at Samuel Adams, Newcastle and Guinness. That’s not to say that these places aren’t fun, but readers have come to expect more from MNBeer.com and dammit, we aim to please!
On the same note, you may notice that many of these bars aren’t listed in our sidebar under MNTaps. In order to be listed, a bar needs to either be a brewpub -or- they need to devote a solid percentage of taps to Minnesota-made beers AND they need to be willing to keep us updated on their draft list.
