‘CCO’s Top 10 MN Beers
Nice little ditty at wcco.com swooning about the top 10 Minnesota beers favored by author Cole Premo. He admits the list is subjective and far from complete, but its a good conversation starter.
In no particular order, he suggests:
- Summit EPA
- Surly Furious
- Brau Bros Ring Neck Braun Ale
- Mantorville Smoked Porter
- Grainbelt Premium
- Lift Bridge Farm Girl
- Lake Superior Oatmeal Stout
- Flat Earth Angry Planet Pale Ale
- Cold Spring John Henry 3 Lick Spiker Ale
- Finnegans Irish Amber

These “best of lists” are so pointless.
Nice list. I like that the Cold Spring one made it, that is actually a really good beer from those guys.
Finnegans before Masala Mama; laughable!
That’s right folks, if someone has different tastes than you, it’s laughable.
I think the idea was to mention no brewery more than once… Brewpubs may have been more of an afterthought. Iheartily suggested masala mana…

If you are publishing an article, one would hope this person has a well traveled tongue and would recognize a world class beer we have locally, in Masala Mama. It’s not just me who thinks that, but hundreds and thousands who vote it one of the best beers in the world on beeradvocate.
