    I don’t set the prices. That’s Cook’s thing. They are in line with class prices at other area kitchen stores/cooking schools.

    Michael is a great teacher of all things beer. If that price is too steep, you may want to check out his beer club (aperfectpint.com) – those events are very informal, very informative, lots of fun and run ~$25.
