Charcuterie Plate: House made 5 spiced elk sausage, Wild Acres duck confit, apple wood smoked bacon cured with anise & fennel served with pickled farmers market vegetables

Arctic Char: Wild rice crusted arctic char, black rice, grilled asparagus, carrots, daikon, in a bacon trout bouillabaisse

Roasted Pork: Five spiced Fischer Farms pork shoulder with lemongrass, fried buckwheat, sprouts, tomatoes, shiitake mushrooms, & scallions with a pork belly sauce
