Mankato Brewery in Mankato Free Press

“Plans being made for Mankato brewery” Tim Krohn, Mankato Free Press.

We’ve been talking to Tim Tupy a bit as he’s been planning his project and were holding off a bit until we had time to put together a good story. In the meantime, we got scooped by Mankato Free Press, mainly because we’re lazy and/or are far too preoccupied with drinking beer.  Yeah.

…and a nice nod to the brewing community in Minnesota…

Tupy said other state breweries, including the 150-year-old Schell’s, are a close-knit and welcoming community.

“The neat thing is everyone in the industry really works together and wants to give people a lot of choices.”
