There’s more to Moto-i than sake and to show just how well Japanese style food can go with finely crafted Minnesota beer, Summit and Moto-i are teaming up to bring you a five course beer pairing dinner.

Spicy tuna tartar with crispy house made bacon and avocado mousse

Potato and dashi soup with chili oil

Bbq eel with grilled rice in a Chinese sausage miso broth
Summit Winter Ale
Chicken Green Curry
Summit India Pale Ale
Green tea chocolate fondant cake with ginger ice cream
