She is a tasty one! Here’s what Lift Bridge has to say:
The Chai Girl is a new and interesting take on our flagship Farm Girl Saison®. We have infused this brew with locally sourced exclusive Chai tea blend while ageing in the cask. Notes of cinnamon, nutmeg, and tea blend with the subtle Belgian flavors in a mellow dance.

I just wanted to see what others thought. I had it on tap at the Happy Gnome a month ago or so….and…………it definitely wasn’t my thing.

Feel like I had it at the St. Paul Summer Beer Fest or something around that time this summer.

I ordered this at the Groveland and didn’t like it. It tasted like skunky Farm Girl, with a little hint of some kind of spice. I sipped it dutifully anyway until my food arrived. I had a sip after I took a bite of my burger, and WHOA, what a difference. I could taste the chai spices and they really worked well. So I guess this is a beer to have with food, not just on its own.
