Dave, don't encourage Scott. His liver is already protruding a couple of inches from the bottom of his rib cage.

Now you're thinking!

"My advice to you is to start drinking heavily."
"You should listen to him, Flounder, he's pre-med."

I wasnt a huge fan of bottles of Farm Girl either. Really lacked any saison aspects at all. Gave a few bottles to friends, they said " tastes like Mich Golden!" It is good on tap though.

@David Berg, I like your solution! I'll be doubling my daily consumption of beer. Now I just gotta figure out which meal to skip otherwise the calorie load will be excessive.

@Kelly, to reiterate what Kris wrote, the Lift Bridge guys are brewing their own beer. You could say they are renting brewing equipment from Flat Earth and Point.

When the Farm Girl moved to Point it lost much of it's saison character, I think, and become a lite saison. I won't be buying any more bottles of that.

I'll give the Crosscut a taste, but I'm not encouraged by what happened to the Farm Girl.

Ok, I wasn't sure about that, but that is good to hear! I thought they just contracted and weren't part of the brewing process. Time to give it a try then!

Kelly - Lift Bridge does brew all their own beer. True, they don't have their own facility but they brew using Flat Earth (St. Paul) and Point (Steven's Point, WI) facilities. I can verify that the Lift Bridge brewers do their own brewing at these facilities.

Looking forward to trying bottles. I never could detect any grapefruit peel in it though. Decent Pale ale none the less, seemed about in line w/ EPA.
