Visit Grumpy’s NE on Friday June 26th at 4:00pm for a special event… Learn what it means to be a Trappist Monk in one of only seven Trappist Monestaries in the world that brew beer. Meet Father Isaac, the Prior of the Abbey at Koningshoven in Tilburg, The Netherlands. This is a unique opportunity to get a glimpse inside the walls of a brewing Trappist monastary. You will also get to sample Latrappe’s 125th Anniversary beer Isad’or, Koningshoeven Witte, Dubbel, Tripel, Quadrupel, as well as cheese from the monastary. Grumpy’s will also have bread from St. John’s, and will be making grilled cheese sandwiches. This event is free and open to the public. The beer is not free.

Four firkins also claims to have an event with father Isaac at the same time, how can he be at both places at the same time? If someone can clear this up it would be helpful.

Father Isaac will be at Four Firkins from 4-6 and then at Grumpy’s from 7 or so onward.

Could you update your calendar, Ryan? Thanks all.
