El Jefe tapping at Rock Bottom

Spring its way, pushing aside the stouts and porters of the last few months to make way for the hefes.

Rock Bottom in Minneapolis will be tapping its version, El Jefe, on the 23rd. This German style hefeweizen is brewed with 50% wheat and a yeast that lends a fruit crispness to the beer.

    Looks like I need to go and get some Angry Hippie this week. Hopefully I don’t find a dreadlock in my growler again this year.
