20.21 at the Walker Art Center will be presenting a Summit beer dinner on Wednesday, April 15th.

$65 (includes tax & gratuity) will get you a meal of:

Hefe Weizen-Tempura fried shrimp with Thai Chili Sauce

Pilsener Hong Kong Style Atlantic Salmon with Shiitake, Bok Choy and Water chestnuts

3rd Course:
Grilled Szechuan NY Striploin with Herbed Spatzle and Great Northern Porter Porter Reduction
