Surly tanks & tours

SurlyTours: reservations are now available for for May tours. However, the fine folks at Surly have decided to shake things up a bit… like I mentioned, they’re taking reservations… in fact you’ll need one… and the only way you’ll get one is by making a reservation online… make one here! Secondly, tours will take place on Friday’s from 6-8pm. Sounds like fun!

Tanks: they’re here. Witn any luck, by the time you read this, all six will be in the building. More beer!

Growler fills are still Saturday a.m., and I saw this too”

“The way the current law is structured, Surly will not be able to sell growlers to the public beginning January 1st, 2009. We will keep you updated.” Guess they surpassed the 3500 barrel limit.

That also means no Darkness in 750ml bottles next year.

They’ll just have to can it then, wont they?

We can only hope. Only problem I see then is people going in and buying out the entire liquor store before anyone else can get it. I know people that elsewhere.

I suppose they technically could do 750ml bottles… they just wouldn’t be able to sell them at the brewery.
