Big news at What Ale’s Thee…
January 28th, 2008
Check out the latest podcast from the fellas over at What Ale’s Thee for some interesting news about the Twin Cities first ever specialty beer store. Alvey called me the other week to give me the official scoop. I had been hinting for more details after hearing about it from a fellow bicycle enthusiast while enjoying fermented beverages at a birthday party. In any case, I’ll make you listen/watch to get all of the details, but you can keep your eyes peeled for a new craft beer store in the Twin Cities with an emphasis on local, craft and import beer. They’ll have things like brewery signage, glassware, etc. too. They won’t have hard liquor, crappy beer, 40s, etc. Watch and learn more about The Convict’s Pint.

[…] New video episode of What Ale’s Thee? They talk about a new specialty beer store that Alvey is opening up soon, hopefully in Northeast. This is excellent news. No liquor, some wine, no Coors or signs saying how cheap the beer is. It will be all quality beer - local, craft, Belgian, etc. It will be called The Confict’s Pint. More at MNBeer.com […]

You’d drive to NE Mpls. for a 30 pack of Hamm’s?
I’m sure you’ll find 30 beers that are equally as good or… gasp… better at Alvey’s store.
