Oktoberfest at Gasthoff zur Gemutlichkeit takes place every Friday and Saturday night from September 21st through October 13th. As usual they’ll have beer, music, food, polka, dancing and most likely some fun! Hours are 5-11pm with music from 6-10pm. According to the website, some of the food included brats, bbq ribs, smoked pork chops, sauerkraut, german potato salad, apfelstrudel and soft pretzels with cheese. Bring your own mug or buy one from Gasthoff’s!

If you dont drink outta the boot, your really missing the whole experience there. Ill be there right after the ABR. That should turn into a hell of a saturday.
My favorite Oktoberfest is at the Gasthaus in Stillwater. Starts tomorrow!
Any difference between the two? never been to the stillwater one…
I think the Minneapolis one attracts a fair number of frat-boy morons, judging by Gasthoff’s usual clientèle. The Stillwater one is an older crowd, plus bikers. Plus, Stillwater’s just so nice this time of year.
I will be at the Gasthaus on sunday. Its going to be a perfect day for Spaten,smoked chops and red cabbage! Plus sunday afternoon is more family oriented so you can bring the wife and kids and still enjoy a beer.
