This was a nice cask. Tart and sour were there, but balanced out nicely.
I agree, it was nice. Would drink it all night.
Unfortunately, I still feel that saisons/farmhouse ales generally taste much better with high carbonation, so the cask wasn’t the best presentation for it. It lacked the nice prickly, carbonic acid bite that makes the style so bright.
