But I have crossed that bridge many times. The day before the collapse, a friend of ours was stuck on the bridge in evening rush hour traffic as he made his way to Minneapolis Town Hall Brewery to meet us for drinks and dinner. Had the bridge collapsed on Tuesday, I might be grieving for a friend today. My heart goes out to everyone hurt in this tragedy. Fortunately, that bridge is not part of my work commute.
